Might be a little short/late notice for those close enough to make it (Clemence?), but SR is screening at the Munich Film Festival on Friday and Saturday (July 6th and 7th).

Over the weekend Callum won the Leo Award for best male actor for his role in Suspicious River. Da Vinci's Inquest won the Leo Award for best dramatic series.

We've just gotten word on the cast of Hellraiser: Hellseeker. Callum Keith Rennie (eXistenZ), Dean Winters (OZ), Rachael Hayward (Fear: Halloween Night), and Ken Camroux are all set to star in the 6th installment of the Hellraiser series.

We also told you before that it will be directed by first-timer Rick Bota from a script by Carl Dupré (Detroit Rock City). Ashley Laurence is still said to be returing as Kirsty, though her part may not be as predominant as it was in the first two films. Doug Bradley is also apparently returing as the diabolical (zing) Pinhead. No plot details are known yet, but we'll keep you informed.

Hellraiser VI: Kirsty Strikes Back

Message Board regular Mister Sinister points out that Fangoria's website has just confirmed Ashley Laurence's return to Hellraiser in the next sequel, Hellraiser: Hellseeker. From the Terror Teletype section:

Looks like Ashley Laurence is taking part in HELLRAISER: HELLSEEKER after all. Originally, her Kirsty character was not part of the sequel, but the script has been rewritten to allow her to return. Callum Keith (eXistenZ) Rennie also co-stars. In addition to Cronenberg's eXistenZ, 40-year-old Callum Keith Rennie has also appeared in... well, nothing terribly notable for horror fans.
